Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own an S corp doing $1M or more a year, whether it's a law firm, a medical or dental practice, an agency, an e-commerce brand or a SaaS company.
  • Someone files your 1120-S every March, but nobody sits down with you during the year to change the number.
  • Your salary was set once, and nobody has looked at it since.
  • Your company has no retirement plan, or it puts in far less than a company your size could.
  • Your home office, phone and mileage don't run through the company the right way.
  • Your QuickBooks is months behind, so nobody could plan from it even if they tried.
  • You want one team keeping your books, planning your taxes and filing your returns.

This Is Not For:

  • Employees who don't own a business.
  • Owners whose company does well under $1M a year.
  • Anyone who only wants a return prepared each spring.
  • Businesses that need New York tax filings, farm returns or non-profit returns.
  • Companies owned by non-US residents.

How We Work With You

Here's Everything We Do For You

How Julie and her team run your S corp's books, payroll and taxes all year.

We Catch Up Your Books

Our bookkeeping team brings your QuickBooks Online current, reconciles your bank and credit card accounts every month, and has your year-end tax package ready when it's time to file.

We Set Up Your Payroll

We set up your payroll account with a third-party payroll partner, sync it to QuickBooks Online so payroll posts on its own, and walk you through your first payroll run live.

We Set Your Salary Right

We work out a reasonable salary for the work you do, then meet with you during the year to adjust it, along with profit sharing and shareholder withdrawals, as your profit moves.

We Put Your Plans In Place

We handle the white glove setup of your accountable plan, so the company can pay you back for your home office, phone and mileage, and we implement your retirement matching strategy.

Monthly VIP Strategy Meetings

In our VIP Advisory Track, we meet with you every month, review your tax estimates, oversee your payroll and retirement contributions, and guide you through putting each tax strategy in place.

We Prepare And File Your Returns

A CPA with S corp expertise prepares your federal and state S corp return, K-1s and basis schedules, plus your personal return, so the planning and the filing stay with one team.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to replace my current CPA?+
That's your call. For our VIP clients, tax return preparation and bookkeeping are included, so the planning and the filing stay with one team. In our other advisory tracks, return preparation is an optional add-on, so you can keep your current preparer if you'd like.
Why hasn't my CPA told me about any of this?+
Usually it's because nobody hired them to plan. A preparer reports what already happened and files your 1120-S by March 15th, and by then the year is closed. Planning has to happen while profit is still coming in, when your salary, retirement and reimbursements can still change.
My books are months behind. Can we still do this?+
Yes. Catching up your books is the first job for a new client. Our bookkeeping team fills in the missing months and reconciles your bank and card accounts, so we can plan from your real profit, and then we keep the books monthly so you don't fall behind again.
Is it too late to lower my 2026 taxes?+
No, but the calendar matters. Salary changes and the retirement money that goes in through payroll only count for 2026 if they happen before the year's last payroll, and most other moves have to be in place by December 31st. The savings show up when your 2026 return is filed.
Do you do the work, or just tell me what to do?+
It depends on the step. We set up your payroll account and accountable plan, implement your retirement matching strategy, keep your books and prepare your returns. For other strategies, like putting your spouse or kids on payroll, we guide you through each step with templates, checklists and 1:1 consults.
How do you make sure my salary and write-offs are set up properly?+
We set your reasonable salary with a consultation and a salary calculator, then revisit it during the year as your profit changes. Your accountable plan and retirement matching go in with meeting minutes to document them, and we file IRS and state POAs so we can monitor your tax accounts.
How much does it cost?+
Our quarterly advisory for business owners starts at $4,000 a year, and our VIP track, which adds monthly meetings, tax return preparation and bookkeeping, is custom priced to your company. Every advisory relationship starts with a $1,250 Comprehensive Tax Consultation, and the scope and the fee come to you in writing before any work begins.
What happens on the strategy call?+
Julie asks about 4 numbers: your expected revenue and profit for 2026, the salary you pay yourself, what's gone into retirement, and how current your books are. Then she shows you where your S corp is likely overpaying and which fixes still need to happen before the last payroll of 2026. If it isn't a fit, she'll tell you.
One Last Step

Want To See Where Your S Corp Is Overpaying This Year?

On the strategy call, Julie looks at your revenue, your salary, your retirement plan and your books. You'll leave knowing which fixes still work for 2026 and roughly what each one is worth.
